We are looking for a talented professional with passion for customer service to work with our luxury beauty clients and their online customer support. This will be a remote position, so you get to work from home - yet still be a part of the amazingly proficient and global BrandBastion team!

Your responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Monitor and moderate public social media engagement
- Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
- Engage the online community to increase positive interactions
- Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team targets
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Makes recommendations to the Project Lead by monitoring client accounts
- Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
Requirements:
If you’re interested in this role, you’ll need these skills or experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably Communication/ English language or similar)
- Excellent English skills (both written and spoken)
- Great attention to detail and high work moral
- Analytical thinking
- Flexible schedule: we provide 24/7 support for the customer
- Great problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a team environment (this is a remote position)
- Previous customer service and/or community management experience is considered an advantage
