Job Summary

Rivalry’s social media channels have seen an incredible amount of growth since we launched and we’re in need of a passionate social media specialist to take our Counter-Strike channels to the next level and expand into new platforms. You will be tasked with manning our social media profiles and generating new ideas to increase reach, engagement levels and drive traffic to www.Rivalry.com. We’re looking for people to join a fun team and to love what they do – if the below sounds like you then we’d love to hear from you.

You will be expected to:

* Fluent in Portuguese-BR and English

*Source and publish relevant and compelling social media content in the correct tone of voice to support the editorial and commercial goals of Rivalry

* Create and post entertaining and engaging social media content

* Devise and manage a range of multimedia content (video, GIFs and still images) for commercial and editorial campaigns.

* Design and edit multimedia content (video gif, and images)

* Have a good knowledge of Photoshop and After Effects

* Write punchy, compelling copy

* Understand analytics data (Instagram, Twitter, Google) and report on performance.

* Have a comprehensive understanding of esports and internet culture

* Work the esports team to plan content shoots with Rivalry sponsored teams.

* Be flexible and able to work outside standard working hours and environment when required.

* Knowledge about Global and Brazilain CSGO esports scene

*Proficient use of Adobe Programs and the necessary skills to create statistical graphics, memes and social media imagery/videos.

Location:

You will be able to work from home often but will be expected to come into an office 3 to 5 days per week with flexible working hours and days to create the perfect work-life balance.
