WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
In this position, you will get to:
- Report status of current revenue, unbilled revenue, deferred revenue and discount;
- Ensure all invoices have been dispatched to the client on timely basis;
- Reception and matching of all types incoming payments;
- Ensure invoices are collected as per the contractual term;
- Follow up for Collection against Overdue invoices and perform regular age analysis on client accounts, monitoring account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities;
- Be the point of contact for account receivables issues / requests;
- Deal with customer account related queries, ensuring that progress and solutions are communicated;
- Perform cash applications;
- Ensure that all credit management activities comply with Group referential and relevant country's legislation;
- Conduct required internal controls;
- Assist with month-end closing processes and various financial & operational audits;
- Prepare and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports as required by the business or the higher management;
- Take a broad perspective to problems and identify new, less obvious solutions with focus on outcome;
- Participate to process and efficiency improvement projects.
YOU HAVE:
- Academic background in :
- Business degree in Economics (Accounting is preferred)
- Previous experience in or with :
- Previous experience (>3 years) in Credit & Collection field (Cash Management, Customer Support, Credit Management, Collections, Litigations)
- Skills :
- Fluent English (both speaking and writing);
- MS Office - especially Excel (medium/advanced: Pivots, VLOOKUP, If, Count, etc);
- Display the required accuracy and attention to detail when dealing with client accounts and information;
- Effective communication skills;
- Proactive behavior;
- Result oriented, high flexibility and work autonomy;
- Cooperation and team spirit.
