WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
In this position, you will get to:
- Manage AP vendor invoice email inboxes for assigned entities and transfer to Esker
- Processing vendor invoices and credit notes according to established processes and guidelines for assigned entities:
- Interpreting vendor invoicing data and research/analyze as required;
- Handling queries and correspondence related to invoices;
- Monitor and action aged items in GRIR account;
- Monthly intercompany reconciliations;
- Execute vendor payment runs and prepare manual payments;
- Cash clearing of AP payments;
- Backup for T&E process;
- Train junior members in the AP shared service team;
- Reporting to direct supervisor of any deviations from agreed standards;
- Ensuring completeness and accuracy of data;
- Working according to strict deadlines and procedures;
- Actively identify and pursue process improvements;
- Ad hoc AP tasks.
YOU HAVE:
- Advanced level of English and basic French language proficiency
- Other European languages would be an asset
- Minimum 2 year experience in an international AP environment
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- ERP experience, ideally SAP
- T&E systems and AP automation system experience would be an asset.
